EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

You are welcome to return your items within 5 days of the delivery date for domestic and international orders. Store credit and/or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please note that all custom orders, sale items and undergarments are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

We do not have a warranty on our products however, we stand by the quality of all items sold online and in store. Please contact ebony@thepremiumgeek.com for further information regarding damaged/faulty items. All returned/exchanged items must be in resalable condition having not been WORN, ALTERED OR DAMAGED. All tags must be attached in and original packaging must be in tact.

NOTE: Shipping, handling and customs charges are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels for online purchases. The customer is responsible for return fees. Please look to terms and conditions page for more detailed information.
