REFUND / RETURNS POLICY - THE BASICS
RETURNS: Once you submit your order, it cannot be refunded or changed.Only under exceptional circumstances, usually due to us determining your order has a high potential for fraud, we may issue you a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
